When a lease is to be assigned following application to the landlord, we undertake the drafting or approval of licences to assign, guarantee agreements and rent deposits. If a transaction is to be excluded from the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, we can draw up the necessary statutory declarations or structure the transaction as a licence outside the Act.

We are also advise on the full range of issues, both simple and complex, arising from full repairing and insuring leases.

We have had a wealth of experience acting in complicated matters, including advising tenants on head-leases granted by Transport For London and London Underground.
