Recent work includes:

• Successfully defending a £1 million from HMRC for non-payment of NICS and PAYE.
• Obtaining a validation order to enable a company to continue trading pending trial of the petition.
• Acting for a shareholder in a claim to wind up a company on a just and equitable basis.
• Advising a director on a claim for breach of fiduciary duty.
