We advised on the sale of the entire issued share capital by way of a share purchase agreement, including preparation of a disclosure letter and disclosure bundle, assignment of a director’s loan, preparation of board minutes and completion agenda, synchronised with the creation of a new full repairing and insuring lease of one of the pharmacies.
