A partner of the practice, admitted as a solicitor in 1988, David has handled commercial property as well as investment property transactions for 20 years. David has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience whilst completing property transactions to the value of over £250 million during his career.
Legal Expertise
David acts on commercial property and commercial leases together with residential property including company matters such as purchase and sale of companies, joint ventures, business financing and franchise agreements. He also advises his clients on Town and Country Planning, licences under the Licensing Act 2003 and advice in relation to most areas of corporate and commercial law ranging from partnership agreements and joint ventures to shareholders agreements
